Creating Users

To create a user you must be an AgileRoadMapp administrator for your organization. User Management

  • Select User Management in the left sidebar.
  • In the User Management window, click Add New User.

The Add New User form is displayed. User Management

The form includes:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • User work email address (The user work email address must be unique.)
  • User role (Company User, Product Manager, Portfolio Manager, Company Executives)
  • Click on Create to create the user and send the email invite.

Importing Users

You can also create users by importing them into AgileRoadMapp using a csv file.

To import users:

  • Select User Management in the left sidebar.
  • In the User Management window, click Import users via CSV.
  • Click on Import users via CSV.
  • In the Import Users via CSV window click on Choose File.
  • Select the import file that you previously created with user names and roles.
  • Click on Preview to preview the data import.
  • Click Add.

You receive a confirmation message that the users were successfully imported.
